This video is a short food tour of Amroha Seekh Kabab Samose. Amroha is a small district in Uttar Pradesh, about 135km from Delhi it is a very peaceful place to live. Amroha is the birthplace of my parents.
Whenever I visit Amroha I try not to miss Nanney Bhai kay Seekh Kebab and Somsa. These are simple light and raw in taste and I am sure if you taste them once, you will repeat in every visit like I do.
