Here we cover whats the scoop and whats going on with the Wod to Legions PTR .. Starter quest line which involves Broken Shore , which is part of the new content map called Broken Isle .
Can we access this or not at this time .. as of 7/11/16
Blizzard apparently did make this accessible , for a few days , but now unless you do what I explain in the video .. can still make it accessible. But for most it is not!!
This can be changed later in PTR again because after all we never what to expect . Only Blizzard knows .
