In this video I talk about how to make better contact when hitting a baseball.  Contact is very important in hitting.  When everyone is concerned with bat speed and power, sometimes contact and bat control get over looked.  But in this video I share with you a few tips on how to make better contact by tracking drills, timing drills, how to see the baseball the best way by using soft focus and hard focus, training small, training strong, and swinging wood baseball bats.  If you follow these hitting drills and hitting tips you will be able to have better bat control and make better contact the next time you get up to bat!
