DIY Face Cleanser:
• Nothing works better than deep cleansing and gentle
exfoliation to remove the dead skin, excessive oil and dirt
Milk and oats facial cleanser:
Milk, which is rich in lactic acid, helps to cleanse the skin while oats help in gently removing dead skin cells.
1. Take half cup of raw milk in a bowl
2. Add to it 1 tsp of honey
3. Also add 1 tsp of lemon juice
4. Then add 1 tsp of oats to it
5. Now mix the ingredients well
6. Gently massage this mixture onto the face in circular motions
7. Leave it on for 2 minutes before washing it off with cold water
Gram flour and yogurt facial cleanser:
Gram flour exfoliates the skin and discourages hair growth.
1. Take 2 tbsp gram flour in a bowl
2. Add half a tsp turmeric to it
3. Then add 2 tbsp fresh yogurt
4. Now mix them well to make a paste
5. Apply this paste onto the face and neck
6. Leave it on for 20 minutes till before rinsing off with cold water
Tips:
• Healthy lifestyle practices helps improve skin health
• Include plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and green tea
in diet
• Cut down on sugar, processed food, caffeine, alcohol and
other stimulants that increase toxins
