Preparation and ingredients:
Cut the onion.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Grate the carrot and add to the onion.
Cut 1/2 cabbage.
Add cabbage to carrots and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add salt.
Put the cabbage in a bowl and add 600 g of minced meat.
Chop the parsley and add salt, black pepper, paprika, curry powder, a mixture of Italian herbs and 2 cloves of garlic.
Mix well and form into shapes as shown in the video.

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Remove the meatballs from the pan and place on a baking sheet.
Add 200 ml of tomato sauce, grate 100 g of cheese and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Cut 2 large potatoes, cover with water and cook until done.
Add salt, 50 g butter, 100 ml milk and puree.
Put on a plate, add meatballs, pour sauce and sprinkle with dill.
