Ginger= 2 tbsp
Garlic= 2 tbsp
Green Chilly= 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves= 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Roasted Chickpeas Flour= 3 tbsp
Oil For Fry

FOR THE PASTE:
Onion= 6
Cashew= 20
Green Chillly= 4
Ginger= 5 inch
Garlic= 12
Coriander Leaves

FOR THE CURRY:
Oil= 80 gm
Black Cardamom= 2
Star Flower= 1
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Green Cardamom= 8
Cloves= 4
Bay Leaf= 2
Black Pepper= 15
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp

Yellow Chilli Powder= 1 tsp
Curd= 300 gm
Fresh Cream= 1 cup
