Health Update March 2024 (VEDS-Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome)

This health update covers the last few months, including a renal artery dissection, a kidney infarction, an iliac dissection, a dog park tackle knee injury, and finding out that my iliac dissection is growing and I have a new hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm. Oh, and I started spironolactone.
