This video demonstrates how dried figs are swept and collected in the field, and then taken to a sorting facility to be sorted prior to being sent to the dried fig packer/processor. Dried figs are dried in the field, fall to the ground, are swept into piles and are collected with a machine. This video was taken at Specialty Crop Co. in Madera, California.
