For an upcoming commercial I
For an upcoming commercial I wanted to compare Slog3 vs Scinetone on the Sony FX6. What would be best to shoot for a higher end commercial. And out of curiosity I Compared it to my black magic 6K G2 to see how it would compare.
Overall, S-Cinetone will give you less noise but also far less dynamic range. Which is not a problem in all circumstances. But Slog-3 with a slight over exposure is so good even in low light.
It gives you a high dynamic rage and some noise but the noise is never distracting and even looks organic.
Frames of the commercial I shot in low light can't be shared yet but I'll include them in a video in the weeks to come.

All shot on the #sonyfx6 #sonyfx3 and a bit on the #bmpcc6k
