Time Gal failure compilation. Game Over animations from Time Gal (タイムギャル) LaserDisc version.
One of several Japanese FMV Arcade games released shortly after Dragon's Lair.
After outro @17:21 I've included footage from recent Android/iOS release for comparison with LaserDisc.
Awesome Facts: Was ported to home computers on VHD in 1986 (year after original Arcade release) and later on LaserDisc. There were similar plans for Dragon's Lair but they never worked out, so first time Dragon's Lair had a semi-accurate release on home system was with the 1993 PC CD-ROM version.
Only time this game has been released outside of Japan was in 1993 on Sega CD and it was a conversion quite dissimilar to Arcade original.
Arcade company Taito is now a part of Square Enix
Animation company Toei went on to produce Hokuto no Ken, Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon, One Piece, Interstella 5555, etc.
