Happy watching. :) Mumbai ki Pav Bhaji Recipe | मुंबई वाली पाव भाजी | Mumbai Street Food | Pav Bhaji | #ChefHarpalSingh Ingredient Quantity Cauliflower 1 no. Carrot grated 1 no. French beans chopped 2 no. Green capsicum chopped ¼ no. Green peas ¼ cup Boiled potatoes 3 no. Onion chopped 1 no. Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp Tomatoes chopped 4 no. Pav bhaji masala 3 tbsp Salt to taste Lemon juice 1 tsp Coriander chopped 1 tsp Butter 50 gm. + 1 tbsp Oil for cooking For Red Chutney: Water 2 cup Red chilli Dry 7 no. Garlic cloves 4-5 no. Method: 1. Heat 1 cup of water in a pan, add dry red chilli and bring to boil. 2. Grate the cauliflower in a bowl and keep it aside. 3. Remove the red chilli along with water in a bowl and keep it aside for 10-15 min. 4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 1 min. 5. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 2 min. 6. Add chopped tomatoes, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 7. Add salt, grated carrot, cauliflower, french beans, green capsicum and mix well. 8. Mash the all vegetables well and cook for 4-5 min. 9. Meanwhile take red chillies along with water in grinder jar, add garlic cloves and grind to a fine paste. 10. Add green peas to the pan and mash all together well for 6-8 min. 11. Add ¼ cup of prepared red chilli & garlic paste, pav bhaji masala and boiled potatoes, mash and mix well. 12. Add 1 cup of water and mix well. 13. Mash the all vegetables together for 2-3 min. 14. Cover and cook for 1 min. 15. Add butter, mix well and cook for 2 min. 16. Switch off the flame and keep it aside. 17. Slit the pav buns horizontally leaving one edge intact. 18. Heat 1 tbsp of prepared bhaji and 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and mix well. 19. Place the pav and rotate the pav all over so that the pav absorbs the masala. 20. Now turn over the pav and rotate them on the tawa so that the second side also absorbs the masala. 21.
