IRS Direct File Pilot

The IRS launches the Direct File Pilot during the 2024 filing season as another option to file electronically. Eligible taxpayers who choose to participate will be able to securely file their 2023 tax return directly with the IRS for free. Learn more at https://directfile.irs.gov/
