Ingredients for potato masala.
2 ltr. Water.
500 gram potatoes.
3 tbsp.oil.
1 tbsp. mustered seeds.
1 tbsp. jeera
8 to 10 leaves curry leaves.
1 tbsp. green chilli & ginger paste.
Half tbsp. turmeric powder.
As per taste salt.
Chopped coriander leaves.
As per taste lemon juice.
Ingredients for besan better.
1 cup besan.
1 tbsp. corn flours.
Half tbsp. turmeric powder.
As per taste salt.
Half glass water.
Ingredients for chutney.
8 to 10 garlic cloves.
2 small tomatoes.
1 tbsp. tomato sauce.
2 tbsp. khajur(dates),imali, jaggery chutney.
As per taste salt & sugar.
1 tbsp. red chilli powder.
1 tbsp. water.
1 packet medium size bread.
Oil for fry.
100 gram paneer.
Chaat masala.

Method:-

Take Water Bowl & Wash Potatoes.
Take Cooker &  Boil The Potatoes for 5 whistles. Your boil potatoes are ready
Take A Pan & start flame , Add 3 Tbsp.Oil.
Add 1 Tbsp. Mustered Seeds & 1Tbsp. Jeera.
Add 8 To 10 Curry Leaves.
Add 1 tbsp. green chilli & ginger paste.
Add Half Tbsp. Turmeric Powder & Mix Well.
Add Boil  & mash Potatoes.
Add As Per Taste Salt & Lemon Juice.
Mix Well & Bread Pakoda Potato Masala Is Ready.
Add Chopped  Coriander Leaves & Mix Well.
Take A Bowl & add 1 Cup Besan.
Add 1 Tbsp. Corn Flour.
As Per Taste Salt & Turmeric Powder.
Add Half Glass Of Water.
Keep Stirring & Medium Thick Batter Is Ready.
Take A Mixer Jar & Add  8 To 10 Cloves Garlic.
Add  2 Chopped Tomatos.(Small)
Add 1Tbsp. tomato Sauce.
Add 2 Tbsp. Khajur, Imali & Jaggery Chutney.
Add 1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder.
Add As Per Taste Salt & Sugar.
Add 1 Tbsp.Water.
Bread Pakoda Chutney Is Ready.
Take 2 Slice Of Bread & add Potato Masala.
Add 2 Slice Of Paneer.
Put On Second Bread.
Cut The Bread in Triangle Shape.
Dip The Bread In Besan Batter.
Take a fry pan, start the flame and add oil.
Once Oil Is Hot, Fry Bread Pakoda.
Fry The Pakoda Till Golden Brown Colour.
Your Pakoda Is Ready, Spread The Chat Masala on it
