Many people wrongly believe that a Power of Attorney is only for the elderly or those with an illness. Many people leave getting the Power of Attorney on place until they are already ill however in many cases it is too late and cannot be put in place.

It is vitally important to have the Power of Attorney in place as an insurance policy before you need it and you are never to young to have this put in place.
