The quickest way to bigger arms is the Dumbbell Biceps Curl.  You can do curls all day, but if your form isn't perfect, you will be WASTING your time.  Here are three small tweaks to get you busting out of your sleeves.

First, make sure your body is tight.  Start by squeezing your shoulder blades.  Make sure your ribs are down by bracing your abs.  Tighten your glutes as well.

Next, your upper arm should be perpendicular to the floor.  Don't swing your shoulders.  That shifts the emphasis from your biceps to your front delts.

Finally, you must time your palm rotation.  By the middle position of the curl, your palm should be rotated completely up.  At the top, you should twist hard.  A primary function of the biceps is to rotate your forearm and wrist.  If you don't rotate, you are leaving gains on the table.

Work harder AND smarter.
