The 6th house of a chart belongs to a Mercury but in Red Book Ketu is also participent in 6th house. Mostly Red Book considers 6th house the house of Ketu. When Moon is placed in 6th house how can it be comfortable as it is the bitter enemy of Ketu. But if Sun, Mars & Jupiter are placed in 2nd or 8th house at the same time Moon gives wonderful results, otherwise it is not good for profession/job.
