Total War Rome 2 Carthage Campaign Part 4 Again with the Turds

I decided to reset the campaign as I wasn't really show the best starting strategy with Carthage. I kept all the settings the same and restarted. This time I can give you better research tips and agent tips. Plus this just means you get more campaign episodes, so everybody wins I think. Enjoy!
