List ADT - C++ - forward_list - list - STL

In this series of lectures we will discuss how we can implement the List ADTs, particularly Singly Linked List (forward_list in STL) and Doubly Linked List (list in STL). We will try to implement it as close as possible to the C++ STL. The most interesting part may be the implementation of iterators, similar to the way they are implemented in STL.
