10 Minute Spicy Creamy Kimchi Bacon Udon | How to Cook at Home

Who's ready for another easy 10 minute noodle recipe? Say hello to my Korean fusion carbonara - the slippery texture of the udon combined with the chunky kimchi and bacon sauce makes for the PERFECT SLURP!

Ingredients (serves 2):
☐ 2 serves of frozen udon
☐ 6 (200g/7oz) streaky bacon (sliced)
☐ 300ml (10.1 fl oz) thickened cream
☐ 1 tbsp neutral-flavoured oil (vegetable, canola, grapeseed, etc)
☐ 1 cup kimchi (chopped)
☐ 1 brown onion (chopped)
☐ 1 tbsp sesame oil
☐ 1 tsp chilli powder or chilli flakes (optional)
☐ Salt and pepper (to taste)
☐ Spring onion (sliced)
