Instant Meshes -- Must Have Free 3D Retopology Tool

Instant Meshes is a free and open source automatic retopology tool, enabling you to quickly take your high resolution meshes and create low polygon versions with almost zero effort.  It implements Instant Field-Aligned Meshes and is the realtime algorithm powering modern version of Modo.
