Hope for peace in Horn of Africa as Ethiopia-Eritrea border reopens after 20 years

This week's edition of "Standing On Guard" focuses on the recent thaw in relations between once bitter enemies, Ethiopia and Eritrea. Two land border crossings between Ethiopia and Eritrea were recently reopened for the first time in 20 years, marking a speedy reconciliation between the nations. Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and Eritrea's President Isaias Afwerki attended ceremonies at the eastern and western ends of the border.
