OptiMelt MPA100 Automated Melting Point System

The OptiMelt MPA100 is an automated melting point system that allows the unattended analysis of up to 3 samples. It has an operating temperature range of up to 400 degC. The unit can be controlled by either the onboard LCD touchscreen or by the accompanying software. The user friendly software offers a magnified view of the individual capillary tubes, rather than observing the samples through the conventional window on the system. A video of the melting process can be saved for future reference, which could be useful for teaching purposes.
