Ingredients:
Marinating
1. Potol(pointed gourd) :
2. Salt: Little bit
3. Turmeric powder:6 to 8 nos
Little bit Making masala paste for gravy:
4. Cumin seed powder:1 tsp
5. Coriander powder:1 tsp
6. Red chilli powder:1 tsp
7. Water:Little bit Making gravy paste in grinder:
8. Crushed cashew nuts:2 tbsp
9. Green chilli:4 nos
10. Water:Little bit
11. Curd:2 tbsp Fry the potols for 4 to 5 minutes:
12. Mustard oil :2 tbsp Making the phoron/tarka:
13. Cardamom:2 nos
14. Cinnamon:2 pieces
15. Cloves:2 nos
16. Add the masala paste
17. Turmeric powder:Little bit
18. Kasmiri red chilli powder:Little bit Add the potol in phoron and stir for 2 to 3 minutes
19. Salt:According to taste
20. Water:Little bit, to boil
21. Sugar:1 tsp
