Helen Adams performing "Die Nacht"
Helen Adams performing "Die Nacht" by Strauss (Op. 39, no. 3) during the final of the 1989 BBC Cardiff Singer Of The World competition. Before she participated in the competition, she was already a regular at the State Opera of South Australia.
The Australian soprano made her debut at the English National Opera in 1991 and also featured as a soloist at the Bath Mozart Fest that same year.
