ESO 96k dps necro one bar heavy attack build

welcome to my updated necromamcer build, only done a few parses will experiment further, was also missing mages guild passives so this has potential to reach 98k+

must have undaunted and fighters guild passives !

i found inner light to be surprisingly good and also one less skill to hit, have tried wall and boneyard but they fall short
