Apollonius of Perga : Treatise on Conic Sections - Part 1 - Introduction

This video is the first video in a miniseries that I hope to make giving a basic introduction to the works of the Ancient Greek geometer, Apollonius of Perga. This video gives some background information about the Treatise and introduces some basic definitions and terminology.
