Inspired by an Oar Wood Carving Knife, in this video I take a Rough Ryder Classic Carbon Canoe Knife ( https://amzn.to/3uyGGyC ) (about $15 when I made this video) and turn it into a pocketable whittling knife. This knife is now a great on-the-go wood carving knife. This process could be applied to almost any pocket knife, but it will work best on a knife that is comfortable in the hand and has high carbon steel blades.
