for the marination:
Dark soya sauce 1tbsp
Black pepper paste or powder 1tsp
Hoison sauce 1tbsp
Garlic paste 1tsp
Oil 2tbsp
Mustard paste 1tsp
Paprika powder 1tsp
Salt as required
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Peri peri sauce(extra hot)3tbsp
Chicken fillets 200 gm
For the rice:
Oil 2tbsp
Onion 1 medium size(chopped)
Garlic paste 1tsp
Green bell pepper 1(chopped)
Tomato 1(chopped)
Boiled rice 2 cups( when u boil your rice add 1tsp of salt)
Light soya sauce 1tbsp
White pepper 1tsp
Peri peri sauce 1tbsp
Yellow color
