US Warns Israel that Iran will Use its Military to Defend Hezbollah | Firstpost America
The United Air Force General Charles Q. Brown, Chairman of the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff has warned Israel that an attack on Hezbollah would mean that Iran would send its military in support of the Lebanon-based group. The US Air Force General even said that American forces would not be able to prevent Iranian attacks but would be able to manage any escalation from Hezbollah. Meanwhile, senior American officials indirectly reached out to Hezbollah and warned them that they would not be able to stop an escalation from Israel. This comes as Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant visits Washington D.C, where he has met CIA director William Burns and Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
