Make sure you take time to remember the ANZACs who fought for us. ANZAC Biscuits are a great way to do this.
Making Soft Anzac Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 Cup plain flour
1 Cup rolled oats
2/3 cup of brown sugar
2/3 Cup of desiccated coconut
125g Butter
2 Tbsp Golden syrup
2 Tbsp water
½ tsp Bi-Carb soda
