Crème brlée is a tender creamy dessert with a caramel crust. Cooking is a pleasure: a minimum of ingredients, and the taste is incredible! Usually use cream with fat content of 30% or more, sometimes diluted with milk, but today we take 20% cream (it is easier to find them) - the dessert turns out to be no less tasty and not so fatty. Instead of yolks, whole eggs are allowed, but with yolks the dessert is more tender, and the color is more beautiful. Vanilla sugar is replaced by vanilla essence or vanilla pod (it is heated together with cream). If there is no gas burner, then sprinkle with sugar, put in the oven and turn on the grill, or melt the sugar in the pan and pour the creme brulee over it. Happy cooking!

Ingredients (2 servings):
cream 20% - 250 g,
yolk - 3 pcs. (42 g.),
vanilla sugar - 5 g.,
sugar - 40 g + 14 g (caramel crust).
