When doing a real time walk through for arch viz, it is sometimes necessary to turn on and off lights interactively.  This is a simple function that people will often want to use, and this video shows how to do it using UE4 blueprints.  It also helps to teach some of the basic techniques of how to use blueprints to make things happen in your scene, so it can be helpful for just understanding blueprints in UE4 in general.  Hopefully it gives you some good pointers about trigger events and what kind of things they can control.  The trigger used in this lecture is a simple trigger box with a begin overlap event associated with it.
