Vic Smeed Spot-Landing Competition at ModelAir, Old Warden, September 2016

A video of a Vic Smeed spot-landing competition on the Sunday at ModelAir's Festival of Flight at the Shuttleworth Collection, September 2016.

The wind wasn't as strong as on the Saturday but it wasn't far off. The wind made such a mighty noise on the mic on my camcorder I'm afraid the models were inaudible and so I've removed the audio to save your ears!

I don't think I got them all on film and I'm afraid the camcorder kept losing focus in places (not helped by my shaky hands!) but hopefully it's good enough.

Some fine examples of some Vic Smeed planes, and I've added a few more to my ever-growing "to build" list as a result. I've listed the names of the planes I think I know below. If I've got any wrong or you can fill in a blank let me know in the comments:
