My spin on buffalo chicken smoked shotgun shells on the Big Green Egg. These things will not last! This recipe makes 36 shotgun shells, so modify the ingredients as needed.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Pounds Ground Chicken (or breast or canned chicken)
2 1/2 pounds Bacon (Regular Cut)
3 Boxes Manicotti Shells (42 Shells)
6 ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese
6 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 Cup Diced Celery
2 TBS Diced Jalapeño
3/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
Buffalo Sauce Glaze:
1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
