The perfect Autumn cookie that
The perfect Autumn cookie that is ideal for a quiet moment on a dark day with coffee. With hazenuts & dark chocolate, its exceptional but DON"T skimp on the salt, it’s integral to balance the sweetness of the cookie.
You'll need:
US Ingredients:
1 & ½ sticks butter
¾ cups granulated sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
3 & ½ cups plain flour
1 tsp + 1 tbsp sea salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp bread soda
2 large free range eggs, lightly beaten
⅔ cups roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
1 cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Metric Ingredients:
175g butter
150g granulated sugar
100g light brown sugar
425g plain flour
1 tsp + 1 tbsp sea salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp bread soda
2 large free range eggs, lightly beaten
100g roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
