We have heard of the famous Keto Cheese Chaffle but sometimes you don’t need your chaffle so crispy or maybe you don’t want to use all your cheese. In this video we will make a keto version of a wonder bread called wonder bread chaffle. These wonderbread chaffles are great for burgers and sandwiches and a whole lot more . There is no cheese at all in this wonder bread chaffle recipe unless you want to add some for a little crunch that is ok too. This recipe makes 2 wonder bread Chaffles in the mini dash waffle maker. If you use a regular waffle maker you may want to double or triple the recipe.

what do you prefer the wonder bread chaffle or cheese chaffle? I prefer the wonderbread chaffle but there are some times for certain things i do like a regular cheese chaffle.

Ingredients for Wonder Bread Chaffle:
3 TBSP Almond Flour
1 large Egg
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 TBSP Mayonnaise
1 tsp Water
1/2 TBSP Melted Butter (optional but helps
with flavor)
1/2 TBSP - 1 TBSP Sweetener
Pinch of salt
Cooking Spray
Mini Dash Waffle Maker or any waffle maker

Optional:
1TBSP Sweetener of choice if you want to add a little sweet to your bread
*Add in spices depending on what your using the wonder Bread Chaffle for such as
Everything but the bagel seasoning, Italian seasoning etc.
You can also use two egg whites instead of 1 egg to help with eggy taste

Directions:
Mix together all ingredients until smooth
Once your mini dash gets hot, spray with cooking spray
Add half of your mixture to the waffle iron and close
Your wonder bread will be done once it stops steaming,( you can leave on longer if you need it cooked more)
Remove and cool on cooling rack

**Note you can also sub the mayo for sour cream heavy cream or yogurt if you don’t like the mayo option. I have made them with sour cream my preference is just mayo **
