Note: I did not create the Add-in tested in this video. I merely tested it to see if it was easy to use and if it worked. It does.
I tested Graham Mayor's Add in today. It works. Microsoft Word's mail merge is designed to do one to one. So if you have three doctors with ten patients each and you wanted to print letters for the doctors, 30 letters would be printed. What Graham's add-in does is allow one letter for each doctor with all the patients for that doctor to show. Only three letters instead of thirty letters.
