Growing a Chemical Garden

In this video I demonstrate how to grow a chemical garden, which unlike most of my projects is something you could safely do without much of a background in chemistry.
The most dangerous step here is the preparation of sodium silicate, but this can alternatively be purchased easily as a chemical called "water glass".
