A fan coil unit (FCU) is a device used to heat or cool a room without the need for ductwork, fan unit can help to circulate air in a room, providing better ventilation and improving air quality. Refrigerant is placed inside the indoor coil of an FCU and when the fan is turned on, it forces air through this coil which either heats or cools it depending on the desired temperature.
