This rich and creamy macaroni and cheese is truly southern! It is perfect for a special holiday side dish.  This Southern Baked Macaroni and Cheese recipe will please the whole crowd.  For my Southern Baked Macaroni and Cheese I use several different cheeses, including American, mild cheddar, monterey jack, and sharp cheddar. Also instead of using regular milk I use half & half and evaporated milk.  So so good!
