Neil Young - Alabama - Guitar Lesson - Part 1

Old Shaky's classic from Harvest (1972).  It's all here: play-through and intro section in Part 1; verse & chorus, solo and pathetic Neil Young singing imitation in Part 2.  The song is in standard tuning, but if you want to play along with the record, you have to tune your guitar a little bit sharp (maybe an eighth step!).  The record obviously has two guitars, but if you use enough overdrive, you can get away with one!  Apologies to the memory of Danny Whitten; I refer to him at one point in the lesson but, unfortunately, he had passed away by the time Harvest came out.  Thanks for watching.
