I recommend you to try this salad. In our family, there is not a single jar left from the winter preparations!

The salad is called "fresh", or "spring". When you open the jar, the aroma of cucumber immediately hits your nose in spring :)

Salad for the winter "fresh" for one portion:

1.5 kg. tomato
1 kg. sweet pepper
1 kg. cucumbers
500 g of onion
500 g of carrots
1 cup of oil
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of vinegar
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1-2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons of salt

All. cut the vegetables into strips, put them in a cauldron. Let stand for 1 hour. Boil for 15-20 minutes, roll up, wrap.
