It is our honor to receive you and your friends at the Spring Concert for the Perfume River ever clean and Hue ever green on Saturday 23/02/2019 at Ben Xuan Garden House Theatre. We send here in attachment the invitation and the program (printed on verso) for this venue.
We would like to inform you about the noble cause of the venue. For one year now, with the club Cảm Ơn Dòng Hương – Say thanks to the Perfume River, we have been actively engaged in activities for the environment in Hue such as keeping the Perfume River clean and Hue environment green with regular trash collecting actions along and on the Perfume River on last Sundays every month. We have been collaborating with the City and the Province of Hue, working with the boy & girl scout and other youth organization to raise awareness for the environment among the people living in and tourists coming to Hue.

The Spring Concert at Ben Xuan Garden House Theatre for the Perfume River is meant to belong to cultural activities calling for support for the project of creating the first clean beach spot for swimming and doing water sport for locals and tourists. This example should illustrate a possible public natural beach spots embellishing the river shore leading from Kim Long street to Thien Mu pagoda. For one year now, our members as so-called Guardian of the Perfume River have been swimming at the Kim Long’s shore and making positive experience in raising the awareness for the water quality and cleanness of the river shore among the children and locals who joined us in the environmental activities.
We would expect your participation fee of 500’000 VND to cover the logistics for the evening (all artists contribute free) and welcome any donation amount. The cost/revenue balance and the donation will be made public by the end of the evening and will be entirely used for the beach spot project.
We would appreciate very much your contribution to this common cause as the leadership example in supporting the City and the Province of Hue in their endeavor for keeping the Perfume River clean and developing sustainable tourism in Hue.
