Afghan style Kabuli beef polao
Afghan style Kabuli beef polao rice cooking by 70+ years old 4 brothers grandpa of village.
They cook this special biryani for old age, poor & physically challenged unfortunate people of village community.
Today grandpa bought about 35 KG fresh cow meat and they cutting the pieces in big big size cause for Kabuli biriyani need big size beef meat.
They use about 17 KG Pakistani Basmati rice to cook this delicious biryani for special people.
First grandpa clean the meat and then they started cooking Kabuli polao rice.
For this cooking grandpa need to use lots of ingredient. We have added all types ingredient name as English subtitle.
After finish cooking 4 grandpa eating together with lots of fun. After eating they make packet of food.
Then they visit all of those unfortunate & disabled people house and give them precious food packet.
Today grandpa also give a new wheelchair to a young disable person and that chair was sponsored by Dr Sonia Sultana.

They also give some new dress to some special people of village.
