Today I am here with another healthy dinner idea, it is chickpeas recipe for weight loss, in this recipe will get 235 calories and nearly 11.22 gm proteins very healthy and nutritious recipe. We can add this chickpeas recipe to our diet in dinner time. As we all know, chickpeas are loaded with proteins and fiber. Best food for weight loss. We can make this chickpeas recipe within 20 mi. This chickpeas recipe is gluten free also, so those who have gluten sensitivity they can also have this recipe in their diet. Even this recipe is suitable for pcos/pcod, thyroid, diabetes and high cholesterol also.

Chickpeas recipe (salad)
Serve-1
Ingredients
1-Chickpeas-40 gm
2-Makhana(foxnut)-10 gm
3-Onion-50 gm
4-Capsicum-100 gm
5-Cucmuber-70 gm
6-Toamto-50 gm
7-Coriender leaves- handful
8-Lemon juice-as per taste
9-Blackpepper powder- 2-3 pinches
10-Oregano -as per taste
11-Salt-as per taste
12-Red chili flakes-1/2 tsp
13-Oil-1/2 tsp
14-Turmeric powder
Cooking method
1-Wash and soak chickpeas for overnight.
2-Again awash it, and add water to chickpeas, salt and cinnamon stick, pressure cook it for 3-4 whistle came.
3-Now separate the chana and water.
4-Wash and chop all the vegetables finely.
5-Take a pan add ½ tsp oil, add chopped onion and chopped capsicum, fry for 2-3 min.
6-Now fried veggies to a bowl, add cooked chickpeas, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato coriander leaves, and roasted makhana.
7-Now add lemon juice as per taste, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, black pepper powder, oregano.
8-Mix well
Eat immediately.
