Ready for more really cool stuff? Today, I'm checking out the Auvon TENS unit available on Amazon.
This TENS unit from Auvon is designed to essentially do two things: 1 - overstimulate the nervous system to help drown out some of the nerve and muscle pain you may be experiencing, and 2 - trigger your body to release endorphins for a natural pain relief.
The real question, though, is does it work? I tend to get terrible nerve pain at the top of my spine. I've been massaging it regularly and stretching and still getting no relief. I tested the Auvon TENS unit on either side of the top of my spine, turned the machine on let it run for about 10 minutes at intensity level 3. Several days later and the pain is almost completely gone still.

For a relatively low price (compared to others in the market), this is a great investment that I never knew you could take advantage of at home!
