✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢-
* Moong Dal (मूंग दाल) - 1/2 Cup
* Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - 3-4
* Ginger (अदरक) - Some
* Celery (अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
* Refined Oil (रिफाइंड तेल ) - 4 Tbsp
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Wheat flour (गेहू का आटा) -  2 Cup
* Water (पाणी) - Some
* Oil (तेल ) - Some
* Oil (तेल) - For Frying
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲/𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐚-
* Oil (तेल ) - 2-3 Tbsp
* Corn Flour/ Arrowroot Flour (अरारोट)
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚-
* Dry Mango Powder (अमचूर) - 1/2 tBSP
* kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - 1/4 Tbsp
* Mint Powder (पोडिना पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1/4 Tbsp
* Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) - Some
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲/𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐚, take some Oil, Arrowroot/Corn Flour in a bowl & mix well.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚, take a mixing jar and add Dried Mango Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, roasted Cumin Powder, Dry Mint Powder, Black Salt, Chat Masala, and Black Pepper Powder, and grind them all.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢, soak Moong Dal for 4-5 hours then drain out the Water. Add chopped Green Chili, Ginger, and soaked Moong Dal in a mixing jar. Grind and make a fine paste by adding a little water if required. Transfer the paste to a plate/thali, add Carom Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste, refined Oil, and Wheat Flour, and bind the dough. Cover & give rest for some time. Then make dough balls and roll them. Take one chapati, apply the paste, and sprinkle some atta. Then place the second chapati on it apply some paste & sprinkle some atta. Repeat the process four times. Then roll the joint chapatis and give it the shape of Cashews with a bottle cap. In the same way, make all the Nimki/Snacks & fry them in medium-heated Oil until they turn golden and crispy. Then drain the excess oil, and sprinkle the Masala on the fried Mathri/Snacks. In this way, Layered Kaju Namak Pare/Crispy Mathri will get ready.
