yolks - 3 pieces
powdered sugar - 80 g (2.82 oz)
flour - 200 g (7 oz)
melted butter - 80 g (2.82 oz)
vanilla essence - 5 ml (1 tsp)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
for the filling:
yogurt - 500 g (17.64 oz)
corn starch - 30 g (1 oz)
egg whites - 3 pieces
sugar - 200 g (7 oz)
apples - 4 pieces
sugar - 40 g (1.4 oz)
corn starch - 5 g (0.18 oz)
lemon juice - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
Tray diameter 24 cm (9.45 in)
IN THE OVEN 150 °C (300 °F)/1 HOUR
