India's Student Suicide: An Emergency?

Tonight on Live Stream, we are looking at the rising number of suicide cases among students - what is the reason for it and are parents, teachers, schools and the government doing enough to stop it. India spends 0.06% on mental health and the maximum suicides committed are between the ages of 15-29. We ask why are young people killing themselves?
