F***perfect bodies! Wanna feel good on the beach? Do that!

My goal is to empower a maximum of humans on earth, before dying:
In this video I'm inviting you to build CORE MUSCLES! Why? cause it's supporting the entire body and yes we will look nice on the beach but for US not to please others right!?
I'm guiding in a fun and energetic way! Core muscles are tough to build so I'm guiding a smooth and easy core session. I'm just guiding one I would follow cause for me personally when it's to hard with too many repetitions I give up. I love to reinvent the way to build muscles in a loving way!
I'm also usually life coaching during the yoga sessions but don't take my word for it and just try it out!
